Our friendly guest house has 15 rooms (all en suites) and offers a high standard of accommodation but we are at the same time inexpensive.
We are located within two miles from the city centre, Anfield Football Club and Everton Football Club. With excellent local, regional and national transport links, we are conveniently located regardless of your means of how you travel (buses and taxis are within walking distance).
All rooms offer a high standard of accommodation, tea and coffee making facilities with a TV for your personal viewing£25.00 per person per night is inclusive of full English breakfast.

Booking Policy
At the time of booking a deposit of 25% will be taken from your credit or debit card. Deposit is non refundable.
Full reservation details will be confirmed on receipt of booking.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your booking within 72 hours of arrival for whatever reason the total cost of the booking will be taken.
When a reservation is for a two or three night minimum weekend stay, cancellation of only one or two of those nights will not be allowed and cancellations will be subject to payment in full. |
