| The house dates from just before the turn of the Century and is built of very attractive grey slate which is still mined locally. Situated at the quiet end of a popular street the house is within a short walk of the amenities in The Park, Keswick Town Centre and the beautiful Lake of Derwentwater. |
| The area is a walker's paradise with mountains, valleys, and lakeside walks to suit all tastes and abilities and we would be only too pleased to give you some help in planning your days. Other entertainment is provided by Boating on The Lake, Swimming, Tennis, Golf and Bowls in the Park, and a Cinema and Theatre by the Lake. |

£180pp other times.
Single person occupying double room
£50 - £60pn
Children 6 to 12 years of age, half adult price.
Children 13 and over, £20-£25pp.
We do not cater for children under 6 years of age.
