The warmest of welcome will be yours to our family run Victorian guest house, situated in a quiet street just one mile from Edinburgh City Centre and a short stroll from a main bus route. We offer traditional Bed and Breakfast, with comfortable well-appointed rooms tastefully decorated in a modern style, some of which have been recently refurbished.

Our close proximity to the centre of Edinburgh means that parking is at a premium - and we consider such private parking facilities to be a true bonus to our guests as many of the Guest Houses in the area do not have parking facilities. Directions Cherry Tree Villa is located close to the centre of Edinburgh and also the 'ring' road that surrounds Edinburgh and gives access by road from the North, South and West. The main Railway and Bus stations are a short taxi/bus ride away and around the corner there are buses that run frequently into the city centre.
