Adelaide House has twelve ensuite bedrooms, offering affordable comfort, ensuring a warm welcome and pleasant stay.
Our Superior four poster room on the ground floor with generous sized ensuite bathroom is perfect for that special occasion.
All rooms are supplied with face, hand and bath towels, hand and body wash, tea and coffee making facilities, dial out telephones and Televisions.
Guests are provided with keys to allow access at all times.
Please note: Adelaide House is a non smoking establishment, with a policy of a two night minimum stay at weekends and three nights on bank holidays. |

Start your day with a great breakfast. Breakfast is served between 7.30am and 9.30am weekdays, 8.00am and 10am weekends.
Rates
All rates are per room per night including breakfast and VAT. Minimum of two nights stay at Weekends and three nights on Bank Holidays. Other minimum night restrictions apply during certain conferences and events. Discounted rates are available for stays of 7 nights and longer. Check in is between 2pm and 8pm, later by arrangement. |
Adelaide House is situated in one of Brighton's premier seafront squares which opens out to the seafront by the old West Pier. Just 2 blocks from the main shopping centre. Right in the centre of town with shops, restaurants, bars and clubs within a few minutes' walk. The Brighton Centre - for conferences, concerts and many other events - and the Hilton Metropole exhibition halls are both only a few minutes' walk away. Brighton is a compact town and most places are within easy walking distance. Brighton station is a 15 minute walk, the famous Lanes and North Laines shopping areas are a five minute walk, and Brighton Pier is no more than 15 minutes. If you don't want to walk everywhere, a one-day saver ticket will give unlimited bus travel around town.
Directions
Brighton is situated on the south coast and is easily accessible by road or rail. By car, about 54 miles (87km) from London via A23/M23 and about 26 miles (42km) south of M25. If you're arriving by car be aware that parking is difficult everywhere in Brighton. Parking is available nearby at Regency Secure Parking. They charge our guests £10 per day. This is only suitable for those not using their cars whilst in Brighton. It is under-cover and locked at night. Access between 8am and 6pm only. Alternative parking is available in the public car park beneath Regency Square right in front of us.
Brighton has an excellent train service from London - 49 minutes from Victoria with 2 fast trains per hour. Also 4 trains per hour through London St Pancras and City to Brighton. Other services operate from Ashford in the east and Southampton/Portsmouth in the west.
Pool Valley coach station is about 15 minutes' walk. This is the terminus for services from London and from Heathrow Airport.
